 🦶 Foot Care (Easy Steps)

1. Soak feet (2–3 times/week)

In warm water add:

1 tbsp salt

(Optional) 1 tbsp baking soda

Soak for 15–20 minutes → relaxes & softens skin.

2. Scrub dead skin

After soaking:

Use pumice stone or foot scrub

Focus on heels & rough areas

Don’t scrub too hard.

3. Moisturize daily

Apply thick cream or:

Coconut oil

Shea butter

Petroleum jelly (for very dry heels)

Best time: before bed 🌙

Wear cotton socks after applying.

4. Heel crack care

At night:

Apply glycerin + rose water (equal mix)

Or petroleum jelly

Cover with socks for faster healing.

5. Nail care

Trim nails straight (not too short)

Clean under nails

Apply oil on cuticles

6. Prevent smell & sweat

Dry feet well after washing

Use antifungal powder if needed

Change socks daily

Mix:

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp rice flour

Few drops lemon

Mix its all evenly then

Apply for 10 minutes then wash after dry apply moisturizer.
